Winter Potluck/Saturday March 1/11:30-1pm
We’d love to see you at the Gardenside Winter Potluck! Join us for this delightful gathering at the Gardenside Christian Church Gym, where we can all come together in celebration. Please bring a dish to share with others, as this potluck is all about community and connection. Neighbors of all ages are warmly welcome to attend and participate in this festive occasion. The GNA Board will be providing refreshments in the form of beverages, along with disposable place settings, and there will also be a fun craft activity designed specifically for kids to enjoy. Additionally, new and renewing members (it’s only $20 per household per year) will have the exciting opportunity to be entered into a drawing to win one of four $25 gift certificates to local restaurants. Your membership not only helps support our community but also keeps our neighborhood engaged and thriving!
A Gift of Shade Trees for Gardenside!
Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government Lex Grow Trees initiative is seeking sunny spots for shade trees to help improve our city’s urban forest/tree canopy. Your Gardenside Neighborhood Association, Trees Lexington, and Friends of Wolf Run received funding to help find sunny spots on private property to plant trees.
